Assemblage on board by Albert M. Fine, gifted to gallerist Robert Buecker (Buecker & Harpsichords). Signed, dated and inscribed to verso [a.m. fine 71] [for Robert Buecker]. Piece itself is signed to verso, together with a shadowbox with Buecker & Harpsichords rubberstamp.

Albert M. Fine (1932-1987), was a composer, artist, and poet, gaining recognized primarily for his foundational involvement with Fluxus. He emerged as a leading exponent of the Mail-Art movement, extensively collaborating with the late Ray Johnson. Fine's cross-disciplinary artistic activities also linked him with other experimental figures, including George Maciunas, Philip Glass, John Cage, and Allen Ginsberg. The Museum of Modern Art holds an extensive collection of Fine's work.
