Artpolice was an artist collective magazine from Minneapolis, Minnesota, published from 1974 to 1994. Each issue featured contributions from a core, evolving group of artists, alongside a diverse roster of occasional collaborators.

The project was largely driven by Frank Gaard, an assistant professor at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design (MCAD), who mentored many of the early contributors, including Robert Corbit, Fritz Wolfmeyer, and Andy Baird.

Artpolice achieved international circulation through Gaard's networking and its recognition within the broader mail-art and zine culture, leading to exhibitions of the collective's work in cities beyond Minneapolis, including Chicago, Los Angeles, and European venues such as Paris and Belgium.

This issue featuring contributions from artists including Jon West, Rick Noble, Frank Gaard, Andy Baird, and Al Silverstein.
